Anyone recognise the artist? More illustration than comics but we're a wide church!

I can make out "Chambers" as a moniker, but perhaps others here have more info and can point me in the direction of some sites? Thanks.

Can you scan/enlarge the signature? And where was it published? That might give a clue where to look. Sometimes seeing context helps nudge the memory!
