I like mints better. My dad used to try to get me to eat my mince by stirring his own plate of mince and mash into a disgusting grey sludge and then eating a happy face into it. To show me that it was happy being eaten, or something.

Hi Sarah, you should be able to add an RSS Feed of your LiveJournal page to your downthetubes forum page. Go to the "Add RSS" box which I think is at the bottom of the left hand column. You may need to click the 'edit' button to get to the fields but once you can see the fields, simply copy and past the URL of your LJ into URL link. Then your LJ page will feed here.

You can move almost any element of the page around using the same kind of click and drag Facebook has, so you can make your feed more prominent. Welcome aboard!
