Hi, I've seen on previous CI posts that people mention my mag 'Dangerous Ink' as being part of the Cosmic Publications portfolio. Can I just say now that Peter Boyce, the publisher of CI, no longer has anything to do with my magazine. Cheers, Tom

Absolutely LOVED the Ray Harryhausen article, and the little cartoons are hilarious. And the Suicide Girls - WOW! I greatly prefer girls with an edge to the endless assembly line of indistinguishable fake Barbie clones.

Tom,

The magazines arrived yesterday (Saturday). VERY nice indeed. I've got a lot of good reading ahead of me.

Tom,

I just went to the site and bought 'em all. No use phaffing around, that's what I say. With my luck, if I'd waited, you'd have sold out of one or more issues, and, as an obsessive completist, that would drive me totally up the walls. :)

This little bundle should provide plenty of material for discussion at one or more of our upcoming Geek Nights In. Hey, how's about setting up a group here in DownTheTubes for Dangerous Ink? Might be a good idea...

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the link - I'll head off and have a look ASAP. I can never resist the temptation of free downloads of back issues. It'll be even better if the paper versions are still available.

Ray Harryhausen? Yabba-yabba! You're talkin' to an old ultra-hardcore fan of classic sci-fi here, and Harryhausen is GOD! I've got quite a few of his old films on DVD, and even more on video. You've got me itchin' now to dig a few of them out over the weekend for when my mates drop in.

We usually have a geeks night in on Saturday or Sunday (sometimes both), with sci-fi, beer and food. I've been ill for the past week or two, and missed the last couple, but I'm pretty much recovered now. So I'm really looking forward to the next geeks night in. After a fortnight of coughing and weezing, that sounds like sheer heaven at the moment.

Hi Tom. I'd like to add my welcome to John's. It's nice to have you here as a member of DownTheTubes. I've been hearing good things on the grapevine about Dangerous Ink, but am ashamed to admit that I actually know very little about it.

Here's looking forward to you putting me straight on that account.
